Directions to the Bountiful Health Center

Coming from the south:

Take the Bountiful 500 South (Exit #316). Travel east through 5 traffic lights. Turn left onto Medical Drive. Pass the first building on the right, and turn into the next drive. There are two brown buildings that look alike. We are in the East building on the North end, downstairs on the Garden Level, Suite C100.

Coming from the north:

Take the Bountiful Exit #317, which exits the freeway to your left. Turn left at the first stoplight. Travel east to 400 east and turn right. Travel south to 400 south, at the Lakeview Hospital sign, and turn left. Follow Medical Drive up to where it begins to bend at 415 South. There are two brown buildings that look alike. We are in the East building on the North end, downstairs on the Garden Level, Suite C100
